Butter "Chicken" Cooking Sauce
Classic Butter Ch*cken
1 tbsp oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
MiniKitchen Butter Ch*cken Cooking Sauce
Fresh coriander, chopped, for garnish
Sliced or slivered almonds, for garnish
HEAT the oil in a medium saucepan on medium-low heat.
ADD the chicken and cook, stirring often, for 5 to 7 min, until lightly browned.
ADD MiniKitchen Butter Ch*cken Cooking Sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 15 min
SERVE with a side of fluffy rice, garnish with coriander and mop up the sauce with warm naan.
Variation: You can substitute prawns, fish cut into chunks, or tofu. You can also substitute roasted veggies, chickpeas, or paneer. Adjust simmer time accordingly (cooked ingredients only need to come to a simmer)
If using prawns or fish, no need to brown before adding Cooking Sauce.
